Practitioner FAN – February 2025 [25105-P]

Facilitating Attuned Interactions (FAN) is a conceptual model and practical tool for building reflective practice and relationships with families, clients, and colleagues.

Description

This two-day, virtual FAN training taking place on both February 24 and February 25 focuses on the concept of attunement through five areas of communication: Calming, Feeling, Thinking, Doing, and Reflecting. The training prepares practitioners to operationalize attunement and address family and client concerns by matching their responses to cues observed in the moment. This is an open training intended for individual practitioners or staff members of agencies or programs that received FAN training but were not able to attend themselves.
