Learn to use FAN (Facilitated Attuned iNteractions) to strengthen the partnership with providers and offer support in an empathic attuned way. Consultant FAN supports the parallel process of the consultative stance as well as the parent-provider relationship.
This training provides instruction on the FAN and how it is used to ensure consultants read cues of the consultees and have the regulation to respond appropriately, which supports the need to be connected and understand which leads to a process of change.
