Six months of mentoring with a FAN trainer, concluding in a final day of advanced FAN training and integration
Participants will implement the FAN in their work and complete 6 FAN Reflective Learning Tools over the course of 6 months. Each month, small groups of participants will meet with a FAN trainer to review their tools and receive mentoring in their FAN practice.
In November 2023, the groups will come together for one final Day of FAN training, focusing on celebrating FAN accomplishments, learning advanced FAN concepts, and creating a plan to sustain the FAN in their practice.
